Post Play.   BoxOut-Rebound-Outlet Pass.   See this page.   A good rebounder first locates his/her man, gets inside position, pivots to face the basket, and boxes-out. Get wide with arms and feet out and be strong with your butt back into the opponent. Don't get too far under the basket. Jump and grab the rebound securely. Land, pivot to the sideline and make the hard two-handed overhead outlet pass to start the fast-break.
