Tips for Short Post Players
Rather than battling inside against a taller stronger defender, short post players should look for "separation instead of confrontation".  Use the high post (elbows and FT line areas) and the short corner.

How to Use Your Post Player in 4-Out
How you use your post player in the 4-out motion offense depends somewhat on the post player. If he/she is most comfortable inside playing back to the basket, keep him inside near the blocks. If he/she is not a scorer, use him/her as a screener. Otherwise, give him freedom to move from low to high post and vice-versa, get the ball to him and let him score .

Rebounding Mentality and Fundamentals
This article discusses defensive and offensive rebounding, team rebounding, rebounding free-throws, and zone rebounding, with video clips.
