4-Way Mikan Drill

Traditional Mikan Drill with the addition of two layups at the front of the rim.

Block to Split Line Scoring

Finishing Moves:
  • Jump Hook
  • Up & Under
  • Up & Under into 2nd Pivot
  • Sell middle spin back to baseline

Make 30 of each on both sides of the rim.

High Post Flash

Player flashes to the high post and catches into a turn and go.

Finishing Moves:
  • Power layup
  • Pull up jump shot off the glass
  • Spin move counter

Make 20 on each side of the court.

5-Spot Pick and Pop

Post run into Pick and Pop from any of the 5 spots with the coach. Coach dictates the next location at a high pace. Make 30.

High Post to Block Scoring

Player starts under basket. Flashes to high post for pivot and shoot. Player then flashes to block for drop step and score. Make 20 total on each side.
